Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thanks for shopping at MycoClub. Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we have specific rules regarding returns.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, such as choosing the wrong size, colour, or design. Please review the sizing charts provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at [Your Support Email] with:
  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the item showing the damage or issue.
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. Returns Process

If your return is excepted please send it to us at Myco Club, 5 Park Avenue, Caterham, CR3 6AH. Do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer as our products are customised per order and cannot be restocked or resold.

4. Wrong Address / Undelivered Items

If a package is returned to our printing manufacturer by the courier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package was unclaimed, a reshipment fee may apply.
